1. Introduction

Welcome to Aldenham Doggy Day Care. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our dog daycare services. By booking our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

"We", "Us", and "Our" refer to Aldenham Doggy Day Care. "You" and "Your" refer to the client booking our services. "Dog" refers to any canine animal registered with us for daycare services.

3. Eligibility Requirements

All dogs attending our facility must:

• Be at least 16 weeks old
• Have completed a successful assessment day
• Be up to date with core vaccinations (Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, and Kennel Cough)
• Be neutered/spayed if over 12 months of age (exceptions may apply)
• Be free from contagious diseases and parasites
• Not display aggressive behaviour towards humans or other dogs

4. Vaccinations

Proof of current vaccinations must be provided before your dog can attend. We require annual boosters to be kept up to date. If vaccinations expire during your dog's enrollment, attendance will be suspended until proof of updated vaccinations is provided.

5. Health Declaration

You must inform us immediately if your dog shows any signs of illness, including but not limited to: vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, lethargy, or loss of appetite. Dogs showing symptoms of illness may not attend until cleared by a veterinarian.

6. Assessment Day

All new dogs must complete a paid assessment day before becoming regular attendees. The assessment allows us to evaluate your dog's temperament, social skills, and suitability for group daycare. We reserve the right to refuse ongoing attendance if a dog is deemed unsuitable for our environment.

7. Booking and Cancellation

Booking terms:

• Bookings must be made in advance through our online portal
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will be charged in full
• No-shows will be charged the full day rate
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances

8. Drop-off and Collection

Dogs may be dropped off between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM and must be collected by 7:00 PM Monday to Friday, or 5:00 PM on Saturdays. Late collection fees of £15 per 15 minutes will apply. Only authorized persons listed on your account may collect your dog.

9. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking for individual days, or monthly in advance for subscription packages. We accept payment by credit/debit card through our secure online portal. Subscription payments are taken on the same date each month. Failed payments may result in suspension of services.

10. Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care, we cannot be held liable for any illness, injury, or death that may occur during attendance. We strongly recommend that owners maintain their own pet insurance. We are fully insured for public liability but this does not cover veterinary costs for your dog.

11. Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary attention for your dog. You agree to reimburse us for any veterinary costs incurred. By registering with us, you authorize us to make decisions regarding emergency medical care.

12. Behaviour Policy

We operate a three-strike policy for behavioural incidents. Minor incidents will be logged and discussed with you. Repeated incidents or any aggressive behaviour may result in immediate termination of services. Our staff's assessment of behaviour is final.

13. Photo and Video Consent

By default, we may take photos and videos of your dog for use on our social media, website, and marketing materials. If you do not consent to this, you must indicate so on your registration form or notify us in writing.

14. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
